Please note that all orders are shipped only upon receipt of the payment in our bank account.
We offer the following methods of safe and secure payment to buy art online our site:
For Online Orders:
1. Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking / for buying art online
You can pay confidently using Visa, MasterCard. We have taken care to ensure that card transactions are safe for you and that there are no fraudulent orders. Each card transaction is verified for genuineness using a variety of parameters. For your absolute security, we DO NOT COLLECT and store Credit card information at Studio3.
After adding the artwork to your Shopping Cart and Confirm the Order, we will redirect you through EBS Payment Gateway to make your payment by Credit Card / Debit Cards
/ Net Banking. If the Name of Buyer does not match with the name in the Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking used, the payment transaction will be rejected. So please ensure that Buyer's name and the Name in the Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking
used for purchase are the same. This is implemented to avoid fraudulent use of Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking.
After the order is submitted and your transaction is successful, we will send you an email of an order copy. Your credit will not be charged until we confirm the artworks ordered are in stock and we have shipped.
The card will be charged only after fraud verification. On your completing the credit card transaction, you will receive email confirmation from us. After your card is charged and money is credited to our account, we will intimate you with confirmation of receipt of payment and status of shipping. As soon as the product is shipped, we will intimate you. We would be updating the status of the order through the backend and hence you would be able to see the status of the order by logging into your ‘My Account’ area under "Check your Order Status".
For Manual Orders:
Kindly send us an email at info@studio3india.com with Ref Nos. of the artwork(s) you want to purchase. We will confirm the availability of the artwork(s) by replying
to your email . Please note that you should make payments ONLY to details mentioned
here in on this page. We will never send an email or phone you with payment details. Please be aware of fraudulent emails / phone calls. Kindly read the terms
and condtions.
Once an order is placed and confirmed by us; the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the
artwork and other additional charges (shipping / handling / taxes) within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
In the event that Studio3 does not receive payment within 7 working days Studio3 reserves the right to cancel the order without
prior notice to the buyer.
1. Cheque/ DD Deposit
For buyers from India
You can simply drop a cheque, Demand Draft or Cash into any Union Bank Of India Branch. Cheque/Demand Draft to be made in favor of:
