Devidas Dharmadhikari

Born on 7th July 1972, Devidas Dharmadhikari hails from Maharashtra.

After majoring in Drawing and Painting, Devidas started his career as a freelance artist. This gave him the opportunity to explore different techniques and subjects. Horses, however, always fascinated him. Their beauty, power and strength are what inspired Devidas to make these creatures the subject of his work. Devidas has taken great care to retain the proportion and anatomy of this animal by stylizing as little as possible. He captures their movement through bold strokes and vibrant colours.

He has been a part of various group and solo shows in the country and abroad. His works have found homes in numerous homes, offices and galleries.
